1. Acceptance
By accessing or using any service provided by Ana Yurt ("we", "us", "our") — including ShareApp, FileFlip, ResumeAI, and Sevil AI — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We offer SaaS web applications and desktop software. Features and availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf. Subscription fees are billed annually unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the service does not function as described. Requests after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected].
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
